Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Ruff Neck Livin. Because our items are custom-made to order, your delivery is split into two phases: production time and shipping time. Please review our full fulfillment timelines below.
1. Production and Processing Time
All items are printed and crafted on demand specifically for your order.
- Standard production takes between 2 and 5 business days before the order leaves the facility.
- Production times may increase slightly during peak holiday seasons and promotional events.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimations
Once your order has been manufactured and quality-checked, it is handed over to our global shipping carriers. Estimated transit times vary by destination:
- United States: 5 to 10 business days
- International (Standard): 10 to 17 business days
- International (Express): 5 to 7 business days
Please note: Total delivery time consists of production time plus shipping transit time.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the destination address, item types, and package weight.
4. Tracking and Confirmation
A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier link will be sent to you immediately after your package leaves our facility. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's network.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- United States Orders: Import duties and customs fees are covered at fulfillment. Customers will not incur additional fees upon delivery.
- International Orders: All customs fees, tariffs, duties, and taxes imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking link has stopped updating or your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery windows, please contact our support team at iluvuxon@protonmail.com with your order number so we can investigate the delay.
